Beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020, SID will be closed to the general public in an effort to combat the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Service to the public is curtailed, not stopped.

  • SID employees will maintain normal services including drinking water monitoring, drinking water distribution and sewage collection.
  • Residential, commercial, and contractor permit submittals and pickups must be done by appointment only (see telephone number below).
  • Necessary in-person meetings being will be kept to a minimum of five (5) individuals including staff.
  • Water bill payments are not suspended.  Several methods for paying water bills are outlined in the notice below.

Additional new processes are being considered to allow our residents the opportunity to continue conducting necessary business with SID.
